TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pricing
Made for Peru, make every reasonable effort to uphold the costs as initially quoted during the booking process. However, we reserve the right to apply a surcharge in the event of cost increases beyond our control. These adjustments may arise due to unforeseen external factors, such as fluctuations in hotel accommodations, transportation costs, other airline-imposed surcharges, or government-mandated increases. Please note that any alterations to a Customized Personal itinerary, including changes to dates or the number of people traveling, will necessitate a revised proposal. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide transparency and the best possible travel experience.
Booking
In consideration of the high demand and limited availability, we kindly request that all booking inquiries have an arrival date set at least 30 days from the date of the request. This allows us to manage requests effectively and provide you with the best possible service.
Booking procedure, reservations and payment
Made for Peru quotes and charges in both American dollars and the local currency. If clients choose to pay in their home currency rather than the local currency (American dollars), Made for Peru is responsible for any currency exchange fees or foreign transaction charges.
As a standard practice, unless otherwise specified, we request a 30% deposit of the total trip cost to confirm the booking. This deposit is utilized to prepay any services requiring advance payment. In cases where the cost of such services exceeds 30% of the total trip cost, we may request a higher deposit to cover these payments. Unless otherwise advised, all services and itineraries should be fully prepaid 30 days before the scheduled arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, immediate full payment is required to secure and confirm the booking. In instances where the total booking amount is $2,000 or less, full payment is mandatory at the time of booking.
We understand that each situation is unique, and we are open to considering alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis. However, it’s important to note that timely payments are crucial. Failure to make payments within the specified timeframe may lead to the refusal to confirm the booking or the imposition of a reasonable last-minute fee to cover associated costs. For bookings that solely include tickets, additional fees may be applicable.
Services will be booked only upon receipt of payment:
