What started as a passion for Peru’s landscapes, culture, and hidden places has grown into a boutique travel agency focused on crafting highly curated journeys. We don’t believe in templates or standard itineraries, every experience is designed around the individual, their pace, and what truly inspires them.

The People Behind Made for Peru
CEO – Vivian Parades
I was born in southern Peru in 1993, into a family where traveling and discovering new places was always part of our lives. From a young age, I traveled with my father through the Peruvian jungle, experiences that allowed me to discover firsthand the cultural richness of our country, as well as the diversity of its nature, wildlife, and cuisine.
After nearly a decade working as a sales advisor for different tourism companies in Cusco, I realized that my creativity, curiosity, and deep interest in my country could take me further. That’s how a new adventure began: founding Made for Peru in 2024, giving free rein to my passion for service and for creating purposeful, authentic, and thoughtfully designed journeys.
When I’m not designing trips, I enjoy spending time with my pets and family, getting lost in the pages of a good adventure book, or discovering new places with my friends. I also enjoy those simple moments of independence: an afternoon at home taking care of household chores, or a drive through the Sacred Valley with no plan other than to enjoy the journey.
To me, travel is not just about visiting a place, but about connecting with it, experiencing it, and taking home a story that stays with you long after you return.

I have never believed that travel is simply about seeing a new place. For me, it is about how a place makes you feel, what it awakens in you, and the stories you carry home.
Peru has been my home and my inspiration for years. Through my work in luxury travel and hospitality, I have had the privilege of discovering this country from many different perspectives—from its ancient landscapes and extraordinary culture to its people, cuisine, and exceptional places to stay.
Over the years, I realized that the journeys I wanted to create were different from traditional luxury travel. I wanted to create experiences that felt deeply personal, beautifully considered, and meaningful—not simply a collection of beautiful hotels and destinations.
That is how my vision for this company began.
I believe true luxury is not about excess. It is about having the freedom to experience a destination in your own way, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It is having access to places and experiences that feel authentic, private, and impossible to replicate.
Wellness has also become an important part of how I see travel. Through my own connection with movement, Pilates, wellbeing, and nature, I have come to believe that travel can be much more than an escape from everyday life. It can be a chance to slow down, reconnect, restore, and return home feeling different.
This philosophy is at the heart of every journey I create.
Whether it is waking up surrounded by the Andes, sharing a meal prepared especially for you, exploring Peru with someone who opens a door to a world most travelers never see, or simply having a moment of stillness in an extraordinary place, I want every experience to feel intentional.
I personally believe that the most meaningful journeys are the ones that leave something behind in you.
