How long are the quotes valid for?
Our costs are provided for informational purposes only, and all services must be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change until the booking is finalized. Hotel availability and prices cannot be guaranteed until booked, and they may not be fully protected at the time of the quote. It’s worth noting that some hotel rates fluctuate almost every day.

Our offerings include:

- Anything not listed in the itinerary

- Excess Baggage Charges & Porterage
- Passport and Visa fees
- Personal and Travel Insurance
- Optional Excursions and Upgrades
- Gratuities of any kind
I need a last-minute trip. Can you do it?
We are more than happy to satisfy all your requests but please note that we are only able to operate requests with an arrival date at least 30 days away from the date of the request. By accepting bookings with earlier arrival times, we would be working against the clock to try to find available services, as opposed to custom designing an itinerary full of experiences that perfectly fit the client and offering the level of service and attention that you came to us for.
Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, the minimum spend we work with is 5,000 euros. Usually, our trips begin at around 1,500 euros per couple per day. Please note that the couple does not have to spend that amount every day, that is just the average spend per day.
